Water Usage and Bill Pay System

Rancho California Water District needed an interface to show daily water usage, detect leaks, and simplify bill payments.

Without such a system, customers struggled to monitor usage or handle payments, resulting in inefficiencies and dissatisfaction.

Umetech created a user-friendly platform for daily usage tracking, real-time leak alerts, and online bill payment, integrated with their ERP system.

Project Details

Umetech developed an online web interface that allowed customers to see their daily water usage, leak detection, and alerting for leak detection for over 52,000 service accounts.

Providing over 52,000 service accounts access to daily water usage data
Alert System via SMS and email developed for leak detection
Integrating the new platform with existing ERP systems
Performed all DBA development, functions, and support
Developed online bill pay for all service accounts
Users can see their bills online
